Personal data
In accordance with the regulations in force regarding the protection of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/769 of 27 April 2016 and the Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978), each person has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete their personal data.
MUDATA SAS does not collect any personal data unbeknownst to the individuals. The data collected are under no circumstances transferred to third parties except the partners of MUDATA SAS, who are themselves subject to the same rules of confidentiality and respect of personal data.
Data are only transmitted when necessary and their use must not exceed the scope of the operation contractually provided for with third parties.
